Consequences of Non-Payment
Neglecting the debt claims sent by AP Inkasso LLC results in increased costs, interest on account of late payment, penalties, interest, and collection costs.
In the case of civil action procedures, such costs as state fees, legal fees, bailiff fees, etc., should be considered.
Your name as a debtor and an unreliable person will be made known publicly along with the information about your acquaintances, relatives, business partners, banks, leasing companies, etc.
All such publications in our databases can damage your reputation and reliability as well as reduce the chances of getting a loan in the future and limit business opportunities. The information available in the databases stays public for a period of 7 years after cancellation of debt.
